Here are a few things that you will find useful. Yes, these are free of cost. And why not? When I get the time I will put together a comprehensive book on how to be your own building contractor. • Stipulated Price Contract - This is a sample contract that you can use for any of your subcontractors/contractors (plumber, electrician, excavation, landscaping, framer, etc.). You can use this for your personal project building your owner-built home only.
